- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, business entity or syndicate when registering or operating your ks999 account. The account must be for your own personal recreational use only. Corporate or commercial accounts are not permitted on ks999.
- You must agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Responsible Gaming policy, the Privacy Policy and any other supplementary policies published by ks999. Account Registration and Security
Each eligible player may hold only one account on ks999. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise deal with your ks999 account, account balance or any bonus credits without the prior written consent of ks999. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on ks999 are processed through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. ks999 reserves the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are subject to the following conditions.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately notified in writing by ks999 to the account holder.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, reversal of the deposit and possible forfeiture of associated winnings.
- ks999 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile money operator (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card issuer in connection with deposits. Any such fees are your sole responsibility.
- Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name. ks999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to process any withdrawal request, regardless of the account balance.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. ks999 is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient's payment provider.
- ks999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional KYC documents or a source of funds declaration. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended during any such review without liability to ks999.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
ks999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer.
- All bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. ks999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus if it determines that multiple accounts have been used to claim the same offer.

- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings credited to the bonus wallet must complete the required rollover before becoming withdrawable cash.
ks999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount and associated winnings in cases where the Platform determines that a player has participated in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of automated software or any other activity that ks999 considers to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Prohibited Activities on ks999
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ks999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation. ks999 reserves the right to permanently close accounts and forfeit all balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
- Opening, operating or using more than one ks999 account, whether in your own name or under any alias, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scraping tools or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the ks999 platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to other players through ordinary manual play.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, event or bet, or to defraud ks999 or other players through any coordinated scheme.
- Depositing, transferring or wagering funds that originate from unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, theft, or any criminal offence under applicable law.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, system glitch or pricing error on the ks999 platform to place bets or gain credits at odds or values that are clearly incorrect. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication or threatening behaviour directed at ks999 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email or social media.
ks999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, ks999 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and provide all requested account information, transaction records and communication logs as required by applicable law.
Responsible Gaming Obligations

ks999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ks999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain types of damages, ks999's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
ks999 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, ks999 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the ks999 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
